What is Chineseye.com?
Chineseye.com is a community, a pool of people who share same interest, that is, China. More specifically, it is a platform that functions as an information center for local life, news, and events in China, an online shop for local needs, a service platform to arrange your trips, book hotels and reserve restaurants, at the same time a social networking site to meet new people, find a date, make language exchange, expand your social life, and even build business networks.
How can I get those discounts?
Very simple. Be a member. It’s free.
Being a member opens many features available for you. It is not strange to see us giving away discounts, freebies, tickets, vouchers, anything for your weekend celebration.
Why should I register to be your member? Can’t I just browse anonymously?
Why can’t I write/post anything in your site?
Being a guest you can only browse and see, but you cannot post anything, express your idea, join any discussion, or talk to any hottie. You would need an ID to do those stuffs. By registering as Chineseye member, you also open many features previously locked; you can earn money (Yes! Money! Ka-ching!) get yourself free meals, free club tickets, get discounts, shop online, meet new friends, and many other premium features, for free.
How to earn money?
You can earn Chineseye Yuan (CEY) by contributing to our site (write reviews, blogs, create lists, invite friends, etc.). Go to earning money page to start building your wealth!
Money? What money?
The world outside may be in turmoil with all the layoffs and crisis, but here is the place where you can build up your wealth without worrying about those all. Your wealth in Chineseye is denominated in Chineseye Yuan (CEY) and all stuffs here to buy/sell is also denominated in the same currency. You earn money by contributing in our site, and you may spend it in whatever way possible in our site.
CEY, what is that?
CEY stands for Chineseye Yuan; It is the denominator currency to use in this website, like USD, EUR, JPY, CNY, etc.
How to reserve table for our eating out?
To reserve a table, first, you need to decide the place, where do you want to dine? You can find a frame on that page that contains a form whose boxes you can fill-out to submit your reservation. Wait for a confirmation message from our administrator (email or SMS, depends on your preference). By receiving the confirmation message, you can be sure that your reservation has been well taken care of. Come on-time; don’t miss the appointment you set yourself. Should you be late or failed to show up, please let us know. We will modify/cancel the appointment for you.

When you've completed the registration process, you will receive an email with a link to activate your account. If you are not able to click on the link, simply copy and paste it into your browser address, and done. If it still doesn't work, please contact cs@chineseye.com.

What is Net Passport?
WNet Passport is your passport as a Chineseye user. Each passport helps you to see items that are relevant to your situation better. We believe you should see things that are relevant to you more – yes, we are tailoring site-materials to your need, that is why you need to select your Net Passport.
Business Passport
Select Business Passport if you are here on business purpose; you are probably a professional, business owner, or seeking trade.
Social Passport
Select Social Passport if you want to make friends more than anything else, you are not interested in anything else but socializing and building network.
Traveler Passport
If you are coming for traveling, or if traveling is your first priority, then this passport suits you best. Materials you see will feed to your adventurous soul within.
Student Passport
Obviously, by selecting Student Passport you will see more education/social-related items.
General Passport
If you cannot find any passport that matches your situation, then General Passport will enable you to see many little bits of this and that, giving you choices to make while you browse.
