1ON1 Mandarin School is located in Wudaokou, different from other Mandarin training school, 1ON1 focuses on oral Chinese and teaches in western way. They see what goal is for a foreigner and what their students need.
1ON1 teachers graduates from some of the best teaching universities in China, and also well-trained and developed by 1on1 Mandarin. Even after initial training, the teachers are evaluated by their students every three weeks and by their supervisor once a month. The feedback is used to help the teacher improve her craft and grow into the most effective teacher possible.
