Many year ago, bicycle was the most common form of transportation in China. And scooters and motorcycles had also become popular. But in the recent 10 years, numerous cars, buses, taxis have increased dramatically.

People who owned private car are increasing these years. In big cities,such as, Beijing, Shanghai, Qingdao, Guangzhou, etc., subway is another convenient transportation. In Beijing, government encourage people by bus to protect the environment. There’re thousands of busses and the bus ticket is very cheap ( for students: 0.2 RMB/ticket, for other people 0.4 RMB/ ticket).
