Tangguo is a fantastic place for fun. but I'd never been to the N.E courtyard hotel before. I found that if you take the subway line 2 and stop at the Beijing Railway Station, then by bus No.104(Fast) to Hepingli Beijie Xikou, you may reach to Tangguo. Or you can take taxi to there, if the driver don't know the address of Tangguo, just tell him to take you to the Yonghegong Qiao(Yonghe Palace Bridge), Tangguo near to there.
